My
name is Layton Harvey Brown, I am 15 months old, and I have
just
been to the Lake District with Mummy, Daddy, Grandad and Granny Sue.
This wasn’t my first visit. I first visited in
Mummy’s tummy and I visited again when I was 5 months
old.
Those times, it was just with Mummy and Daddy and we stayed
in
Granny Sue and Grandads' caravan at Skelwith Fold , a lovely wooded
site near to Ambleside.
Grandad and Granny Sue are very keen that I develop their love of the
lakes. I think I will because Mummy and Daddy love it
too.
It’s the best place for walking and I have been walking for 5
months now! I already have very sturdy little walkers legs.
Unfortunately, the caravan is too small for all of us and so we all
decided that it would be a good idea to hire a cottage at Skelwith
Bridge, right by the river and close to “the cake
place”.
(It’s really called Chester’s.)
This is my holiday blog.
